At NEO, we are a trusted appliance installer for homeowners, builders, dealers, and developers. We install everything from one-off appliances and custom kitchen packages to complex multi-family projects. We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced Appliance Installer to join the team!
Job duties include:
- Site assessments
- Perform installations of appliances
- Work with custom cabinetry and install hardware and handles
- Conduct electrical, plumbing and gas work as needed during installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the installation process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during or after installation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are accounted for.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experienced installer. At least one year experience, 2 years preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with a background in assembly is preferred.
- Ability to take accurate measurements, interpret blueprints as well as technical manuals.
- Proven customer service skills to enhance client satisfaction during installations.
- Experience in appliance repair is a plus but not mandatory.
